Sarah Chandler has been a lover of yoga since 1997. She loves what it has to offer on and off the mat and believes that when you take care of your body, your body takes care of you. She has studied a variety of different yoga styles and has been trained in Bikram, YogaFit and Noah Maze. Her classes vary from building heat and muscle with a strong flow to keeping it basic with a focus on alignment, breath and slow flowing movement. Whatever the style, she’ll greet you with a smile and create a fun, safe and welcoming space for all.
